"I joined this retreat because it was led by two sound practitioners whom I trust and know to be very talented but it totally surpassed my expectations. The 3 days were filled with a wonderful combination of yin yoga, Qi Gong, sound meditation, healing dance and Chakra-focused dancing but the golden nugget for me was the sacred geometry. This enabled me to journey deeply into trauma from my childhood, meet it, process it and come out with it acknowledged so I could finally let it go. All in all It was a very enjoyable 3 day retreat which enabled me to do huge amounts of inner work in a very safe space."

I had read and studied sacred geometry previous to the course, but now putting it into action with sound, brought it all to a whole new level. I really enjoyed exploring the use of the tuning forks and using my practitioner bowl, to help bring sound to others, was also a wonderful experience to both give and receive. I am finding the recorded daily meditations are also really great to continue developing your practices before and after the course.
