Join us for a 4-day immersive retreat nestled in the Andalusian mountains, at the enchanted House of Light. Here we will explore sound healing, sacred geometry meditation activations, and gentle embodied movement.
Over the four days, you will be bathed in divine sonic frequencies, including the transformative resonance of the gong, pure and potent alchemy crystal bowls, soothing Himalayan singing bowls, and shamanic drum journeys. Each sound experience is designed to restore harmony, awaken inner awareness, and support deep energetic alignment.
We will also explore gentle somatic movement, weaving together healing dance, Yin Yoga, and Qi Gong to support integration, grounding, and embodied presence.
Throughout the retreat, we will activate sacred geometric grids within the energy field, supporting connection to the Higher Self and benevolent spiritual realms, gently unlocking your innate potential and inner wisdom.

It is a 90-minute journey from the airport to the House of Light. Let us know when you are arriving, and we will organise groups to travel together.
